A wet basement can come from a dozen different sources, and we trace yours back to the real cause before recommending any fix.
We've walked into plenty of Pomona, NY basements where two or three prior repairs each addressed a different symptom without solving the underlying combination of causes. Diagnosing the full picture first is what actually breaks that cycle.
A wet basement is often caused by more than one contributing factor, and we address the combination, not just the obvious symptom.
Our technicians know the common wet-basement patterns specific to Pomona, NY construction styles and soil conditions.
Whatever combination of repairs your basement needs, the price is quoted in writing before any work begins.
That range means the diagnosis drives the fix, not which single service a narrower contractor happens to offer.
We scope every Wet Basement Repair job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
A written diagnostic summary explains what we found and why we're recommending a specific repair combination.
When groundwater is the primary source, interior drain tile tied to a properly sized sump basin intercepts it before it reaches your floor.
Cracks are often a secondary contributor alongside grading or drainage issues, not the sole cause.
We correct grading and extend downspouts as part of the full repair scope where the inspection points that direction.
Chronic basement moisture creates conditions for mold growth, and part of our repair scope is getting humidity down to a level that doesn't support it.
That history helps us prioritize what to check first during the on-site visit.
A technician checks interior walls and floor, exterior grading, gutters, and window wells to build a complete picture of what's driving the moisture.
You'll get a written scope covering every component of the recommended fix, whether that's one service or several combined.
We're available to reassess if conditions change after a major storm, since Pomona, NY weather can be unpredictable.
